The Support Program for Response to Climate Change (SP-RCC) aims to support the implementation of the National Climate Change Response Program, the National Climate Change Strategy, and the National Strategy for Green Growth.
The program allows for the creation of a dialogue framework between development partners and Vietnam on the theme of climate change adaptation and mitigation. The conditions of SP-RCC budget support are to implement public policies and reforms to effectively respond to climate change and promote low-carbon development.
This budget support installment has raised the total budget support commitment from the French Development Agency (AFD) for the SP-RCC program to 80 million euros.
